# Rule No. 1 Regular Meetings

<div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-the-regular-meetings"><div><div>The regular meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chamber on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the hour of 7:00 p.m. unless the date and/or time of the meeting is changed by motion of Council. No member of Council shall be required to remain in the Council Chamber longer than one-half hour after the regular time for calling the meeting and to which Council stands adjourned, unless there is a quorum present and Council is called to order and proceeds to business, and provided further that should the regular meeting of Council occur upon a legal holiday or on an election day then Council shall meet in regular session on the day and at the time and place fixed for the meeting by Council.</div></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk-">
