# Sec. 35. - Ordinances—filing and publication.

<div class="chunk-content" id="bkmrk-every-ordinance-or-r"> Every ordinance or resolution, upon its final passage, shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose, and shall be authenticated by the signature of the presiding officer and the city clerk. Every ordinance or resolution shall be published at least once in the City Bulletin within twenty days after its final passage and no other publication shall be required.
