# Sec. 123. - Utility rules and regulations.

<div class="chunk-content" id="bkmrk-in-conducting%2C-manag"> In conducting, managing and operating the city utilities, the city shall prescribe such rules and regulations as the just interests of the city and utility consumers may demand.
