CHAPTER 1355 Grades CHAPTER 1355 Grades 1355.01 Grade setting fees. 1355.02 Distribution of copies of grade. 1355.03 Payment of fee. CROSS REFERENCES Datum line; grade levels - see ADM. 103.01 Defined in Zoning Code - see P. & Z. 1111.04(36) Grade establishing fee - see BLDG. 1361.05(g) 1355.01 GRADE SETTING FEES. The fee for setting of grades in the City shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a house grade and ten dollars ($10.00) for a sidewalk grade. (Ord. 99-85. Passed 10-22-85.) 1355.02 DISTRIBUTION OF COPIES OF GRADE. The Engineer, upon determining and establishing a grade, shall provide a copy of such grade to the applicant, to the Clerk of Council and to the Building Inspector. (Ord. 118-73. Passed 11-27-73.) 1355.03 PAYMENT OF FEE. The applicant shall be responsible for the fee set forth in Section 1355.01 and shall pay it in advance of the grade setting. Such payment shall be made to the Building Inspector at such time as an application is made to have a grade set. (Ord. 118-73. Passed 11-27-73.)
