780.03 OBSTRUCTING STREETS.
   No person engaging in snow plowing within the City shall allow or cause any unnatural accumulation of snow to be placed or located on any street, road, alley or other public way used or intended to be used for motor vehicle traffic within the City.

780.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 118-78. Passed 9-26-78.)
