# 137.20 PLUMBING INSPECTOR.

<div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0%28a%29%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0the-positio"><div class="invalid-characters-in-style-name"><div> (a) The position of Plumbing Inspector is hereby established.</div></div></div><div class="Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-"><div class="invalid-characters-in-style-name"></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk--1"></div><div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0%28b%29%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0the-plumbin"><div class="invalid-characters-in-style-name"><div> (b) The Plumbing Inspector shall maintain a certification as a plumbing inspector and is hereby designated to determine compliance with approved construction documents and rules of the Board of Building Standards and shall be appointed by the Mayor for a term of one year. Such appointment is to be approved by the majority of the members of Council.</div></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk--2">
