# 149.01 ESTABLISHMENT; TAX ADMINISTRATOR.

<div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-%28a%29-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0there-is-here"><div><div>(a) There is hereby established a Department of Taxation for the City.</div></div></div><div class="Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-"><div></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk--1"></div><div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0%28b%29%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0there-is-he"><div><div> (b) There is hereby established the Position of Tax Administrator to receive and administer the tax imposed by Chapter [191](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-4949#JD_191).</div></div></div><div class="Normal-Level" id="bkmrk--2"><div></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk--3"></div><div class="rbox Normal-Level" id="bkmrk-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0%28c%29-%C2%A0%C2%A0%C2%A0the-tax-ad"><div><div> (c) The Tax Administrator shall perform all the duties as set forth in Chapter [191](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-4949#JD_191) in particular Sections [191.19](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-27131#JD_191.19) and [191.22](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-27203#JD_191.22), and shall, in addition, supervise such income tax collection as provided by Chapter [191](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-4949#JD_191). The Administrator shall, in addition to the duties prescribed in Chapter [191](https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/sheffieldlake/latest/sheffieldlake_oh/0-0-0-4949#JD_191), perform those functions as may be established by the rules promulgated by the Board of Tax Review.</div></div></div><div class="clearfix" id="bkmrk--4">
