Sec. 127-8. - Severability clause.

A.

The provisions of this section shall be liberally construed in favor of its purpose.

B.

If any part of this section is deemed unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to operate in full force and effect.
