Rule No. 36 Attendance Required

The Mayor and directors of all departments shall be required to attend the regular meetings of Council. A board or commission chairman shall only be required to attend a Council meeting if requested by Council. They shall be required at any such meeting to answer questions relating to the affairs of the City under their respective supervision and control as may be put to them by any member of Council.
