718.01 CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
   Any person, corporation or other entity servicing, testing, repairing, selling, renting, leasing, installing or otherwise dealing in fire protection and/or fire fighting equipment in or within the City shall be certified by the State Fire Marshal's Office pursuant to the requirements and regulations as established by the State Fire Marshal's Office.

718.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, corporation or other entity violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
