1355.01 GRADE SETTING FEES.
   The fee for setting of grades in the City shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a house grade and ten dollars ($10.00) for a sidewalk grade.

1355.02 DISTRIBUTION OF COPIES OF GRADE.
   The Engineer, upon determining and establishing a grade, shall provide a copy of such grade to the applicant, to the Clerk of Council and to the Building Inspector.

1355.03 PAYMENT OF FEE.
   The applicant shall be responsible for the fee set forth in Section 1355.01 and shall pay it in advance of the grade setting. Such payment shall be made to the Building Inspector at such time as an application is made to have a grade set.
